These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and DriveMath ("we," "us") governing your use of the DriveMath app and website. By downloading or using DriveMath, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your use of DriveMath is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA). Where these Terms and Apple's standard EULA both apply, both are in effect; these Terms add app-specific detail.
DriveMath helps gig and rideshare drivers estimate their real take-home pay after vehicle costs (gas, maintenance, and depreciation), log shifts, and keep a tax-ready summary. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's standard EULA.
DriveMath provides estimates and organizational tools only. Per-hour pay, cost-per-mile, tax set-aside, and deduction figures are calculated from the information you enter and from general assumptions. They are not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice, and may differ from your actual results. Always confirm tax and financial decisions with a qualified professional.
DriveMath requires a DriveMath Pro subscription to use, starting with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. It is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks the live take-home verdict, full shift history and platform comparison, Sweet Spot insights, tax export, and multiple vehicles. The following terms apply:
DriveMath requires an account to use, created with email, phone, Apple, or Google sign-in — this secures your data and syncs it across your devices. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. You can permanently delete your account and all data at any time from your Profile screen (or More → Data & Privacy) → Delete account. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
You agree not to misuse the app, including: reverse-engineering it except where permitted by law, attempting to access it through unauthorized means, or using it to break any law. The app and its content are protected by intellectual-property rights; we reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
DriveMath is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriveMath will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on estimates produced by the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms; we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, note it in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
